Artist Spotlight on Almenjoi (@almenjoidadame)

Almenjoi (Erica Dean) was born in Memphis,Tn. She started off writing poetry at a young age ,which, grew into a love for writing and rhyming. In grade school she kept a notebook with all her writings in it. Already having the love for hip hop music she started writing raps at the age of 12 years old. She developed a passion for it and in July 2006 she recorded her first track entitled “Grip Up” featuring Ebay, Kilo Stacks, PLaiboi Skooda, and Tommy Gunn. From that day until now she has never stopped writing music. Currently seeking a career in the music industry she has recorded over 50 songs independently. She also not dropped her debut mixtape entitled “Almenemphis.” She is looking to further her career as a hip hop artist. The name is original meaning “All Men Enjoy” for short ALMENJOI which relates to her music. Be on the look out she’s HOT and not stopping!
