Inside the Lab: with The Alchemist

This dude gotta be one of my top ten favorite producers of all time. He’s still bangin’ as of late but what happened to the Ensoniq ASR-10. Seems like he got rid of his and now I’m tryin’ to get one. He’s since moved on to the MPC 5000 which of course is like the terminator of portable workstations and it has the price to prove it. Some footage of old school Al most likely skippin’ class at NYU in favor of more exciting activities like putting in work on the ASR-10. Ah… the good old days.
