Inside the lab with Kid Cudi and Emile as they put in work on what went on to become Cudi’s debut album “Man on the Moon.” I hear Kid Cudi is a real stand up dude from the City of Cleveland (that’s what I pick up from reading anyway). I posted the pictures so you cats could get a look at Emile’s work space. Get a good look at the monitor speakers as well as the software he’s running on the computer. I’m almost sure that’s a Mac computer based on the keybaord design. It’s not just a PC setup either. He’s got 4 or 5 external audio tools right under the monitor, a couple keyboards probably synthesizers and I see two versions of what I believe are MPC’s, and possibly at least one SP mounted on the rack but don’t quote me on any of that.
Shout out to complex.com for the pictures. I never realized it was owned by Marc Ecko. Pretty smart investment.
